Quickly Turn an Email into a Meeting in Outlook
Use this quick keyboard shortcut to reply to a message with a meeting invite:
- Open the message in Outlook.
- Press CTRL+ALT+R. A new meeting window will open containing the email thread as well as the email addresses in the invite.
- Modify the meeting times and location to suit your needs.
- Click the Send button.
