The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will be upgrading the campus VoIP phone system this Sunday, March 18, 2018 between 6 a.m. and 12 noon.
During the maintenance window, there will be a 15-minute service outage during which you will not be able to make off-campus calls or receive them. Also, at some point during the window, each phone will reset while it updates its software.
When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS Alerts website, http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts. As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
