Join the Office of Civic Engagement and Social Responsibility for our first New York Times Talk of the semester! We will be talking about the recent government shutdown that took place in the United States, its possible causes, and its implications. With the critical 2018 elections coming up in November, many are curious as to what the shutdown means for each of the parties. How does the fight for DACA come into play, and how can you be a part of this tight election season?
