The Auxiliary Services Business Office has been listening to your comments and in order to better serve your needs, we are pleased to announce that we have changed our OneCard Account Management software to GET. The look of the new site has changed, but you will still be able to access your OneCard Account Management at OneCard.towson.edu.
Students, Staff, and Faculty will be able to load funds to their Dining and Retail Points accounts, view transactions, including meal plans, just as you have done in the past.
Some of the new features of GET include:
- Lost and Found – The ability to report OneCards Lost and Found. Maybe you have misplaced your OneCard in your backpack or in your apartment, you now have the ability to report your OneCard lost and, as long as you have not replaced it, you can now report it found. This new function will allow Students, Staff, and Faculty to save a trip to the Auxiliary Services Business Office for a replacement.
- Automatic Deposit – Tired of making deposits at the last minute? Save your credit card to your OneCard account, select your frequency of deposit, week or monthly, select Dining or Retail points, and select an amount to be deposited. It is that simple.
- Off Campus Locations – Off campus and left your cash at home? You can find locations that accept your Towson University Retail Points as payment. Locations that accept your OneCard include, dining, gas stations, and pharmacy.
When asked how we can improve the OneCard Account Management system, users stated that they would like the ability to manage their OneCard account on their smartphone. You now have the ability to download the GET Mobile app and view your account on the go. With the GET Mobile app you will be able to deposit funds to your Dining and Retail accounts, report your card lost and found, and locate off campus locations that accept Towson University Retail Points.
If you have any questions regarding the Get Mobile App or the new OneCard Account Management platform, please contact our office at OneCard@towson.edu or 410-704-2284.
