Help protect yourself and others from the flu by washing your hands often with soap and water, using hand sanitizer, covering your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, and limiting contact with sick people. If you have flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, aches, chills, and fatigue, limit contact with others and stay out of class for 24 hours after fevers have subsided. Not sure if you have a fever? Thermometers are available in community centers in all residence halls. The Health Center has remaining flu shots if you have not been vaccinated yet this season. To learn more about the flu or make an appointment at the Health Center visit Towson.edu/healthcenter.
Keep yourself healthy all flu season long.
