Creating New Documents in OneDrive
By housing Microsoft Office files in OneDrive, you enable the abilities to collaborate with other users and access your files from anywhere you have an internet connection. Follow these steps to create a new document, presentation or workbook directly in your OneDrive:
- Open your preferred web browser and navigate to office.towson.edu and then sign in.
- Click the OneDrive tile.
- In the OneDrive screen, click the New drop-down menu.
- Select the type of file you wish to create. The corresponding Office 365 web app will open.
- Rename the file by clicking the default file name in the top center of your screen.
- Type in a new file name and press the Enter key.
