OTS Training Tip of the Week

Give Your Document a Makeover

Sometimes a regularly formatted document can be a bit uninspiring. Here’s a quick tip to make your documents more visually appealing:

  1. In your document, click on the Design tab in the ribbon.
  2. Hover over any of the Document Formatting options in the ribbon to see a live preview of the option before choosing it.
  3. Another source for formatting options is in the Themes drop-down menu beside the Document Formatting options. You can hover over the different themes to see a live preview in your document.
  4. Click on the theme or document formatting option you prefer to have it apply to your document.
