Beginning Tuesday, October 31, a fence will be installed around the perimeter of the New Science Facility location to make way for the building’s construction. The fence will extend from the Glen toward York Road between Stephens Ave and Glen Garage Drive.
Pedestrians traveling between the Glen Garage and the academic core will be routed along the 7800 building to the new pedestrian pathway adjacent to York Road and then up Stephens Avenue. Vehicular traffic will be one-way going westbound from York Road to the Glen Garage. Lot 1 will close in mid-November, and parking for Bateman’s customers and faculty, staff and students will be available in the Glen Garage. Please allow extra time when walking or driving in the area as we adapt to these changes.
