Forget-Me-Not: What Children’s Stories Can Teach Us about the Holocaust
Date: Monday, November 13, 2017
Time: 5:30pm – 7:00pm
Location: Towson University South Campus Pavilion

This program is the United States opening of “Vergissmeinnicht,” an exhibition created by German high school students about the fates of 14 Jewish children living in three German towns during the Holocaust. Dr. Fred Katz, who is one of the children featured in the exhibit, will share his story and how the panels came to be. In addition, the staff of Towson University Libraries will discuss how this exhibit can be incorporated into Holocaust educational programming and present World War II materials from the University’s own collections. Refreshments will be provided.

Please RSVP by Monday, November 6th at https://goo.gl/forms/u5ziiZAuNCXDmZVu2.

This event and exhibition were made possible by the generosity of The Jacob & Hilda Blaustein Fund of the Associated.
