The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will perform system maintenance starting today, Thursday, October 12 through Sunday October 15. The following services will be offline at various points during the maintenance window:
Starting Thursday, October 12
- The MyTU Portal login – outage approximately 5 p.m. Thursday, until Sunday, October 15 at 6 p.m.
- Access to PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services, PeopleSoft HCM, Timesheets, PeopleSoft Financials and Tiger Travel will be available via the ‘top links’ section on MyTU (https://inside.towson.edu).
Starting Friday, October 13
- PeopleSoft Financials – outage approximately 4 p.m. Friday until Monday, October 16 at 9 a.m.
- Tiger Travel – outage approximately 4 p.m. Friday until Monday, October 16 at 9 a.m.
- ImageNow – outage approximately 4 p.m. Friday until Sunday, October 15 at 6 p.m.
Starting Sunday, October 15
- PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services – outage approximately 6 a.m until 6 p.m.
- PeopleSoft HCM – outage approximately 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.
- MyTU Mobile – outage approximately 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.
- PeopleSoft and MyTU Mobile login will have a minor change, as described in today’s other T3 article titled “Slight change to My TU login experience starting on Monday.”
When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
