Building an Entrepreneurship Ecosystem: The Economic Outlook Forum

In continuing a 20+ year tradition, the Regional Economics Studies Institute (RESI) has invited key economic experts from around Maryland to TU campus for the annual Economic Outlook Forum. This year’s forum, “Building an Entrepreneurship Ecosystem: Challenges & Solutions,” focuses on building, scaling, and sustaining a true entrepreneurship ecosystem in Maryland. Dr. Daraius Irani, RESI Chief Economist and Vice President for the Division of Innovation and Applied Research, will present a forecast and in-depth look at the state of the Maryland economy.

 

This year’s speakers include Will Anderson, R. Michael Gill, Tom Sadowski, Frank Bonsal III, and Anthony Williams and will feature opening remarks from Towson University President Dr. Kim Schatzel. The Economic Outlook Forum will be held 8 a.m.–noon on Thursday, October 19, 2017 in the West Village Commons at Towson University.
