Pick up or submit your U.S. passport application at the TU Fall Study Abroad Fair! The Baltimore County Public Library (BCPL) Towson Branch will be available in the University Union Potomac Lounge from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm to assist students, faculty, and staff with passport applications. BCPL is a U.S. Department of State certified Passport Acceptance Facility.
A complete application includes the following:
- Passport Application Form DS-11
- Proof of U.S. citizenship (original or certified copy plus two photocopies required)
- Proof of Identity
- Passport Photo (can be obtained from BCPL at the fair for $15 – check or money order only)
- Passport application fee (varies – check or money order only)
- Processing fee ($25 – cash, check, or money order)
