In order to provide greater security for payroll office personnel and to improve the efficiency of Financial Services, petty cash pickups will not be available at the Payroll service counter effective July 1, 2017. However, we know many of our employees still find this type of reimbursement very helpful. Beginning July 1, 2017 employees whose reimbursements qualify for petty cash and who would like to pick up the “cash and coin option” may continue to do so from the Bursar’s Office located in Enrollment Services. Employees whose expenses qualify for petty cash, who wish to continue to be reimbursed from the Administration Building location, will be given the option in Tiger Travel to pick up a General Working Fund settlement check instead.
