OTS Training Tip of the Week

 Attach Recent Files Quickly to Emails

Sometimes, it can be a pain to search for the file you would like to attach to your email. Luckily, Office 2016 has an easy solution for you:

When you are composing your message in Outlook 2016, click the Attach File icon in the Message section of the ribbon.

Attach Item icon

A list of your most recently modified files will appear.

Attach Item drop down menu

Simply click on the file you want and it will attach to the email.
