Frank has been with Stanley Black & Decker for 17 years with various roles in sales, training, commercial marketing, product development and leading our brand marketing organization for consumer products. 2 ½ years ago, Frank came over to help form the Special Forces Breakthrough Innovation team and lead the consumer insights and business planning/modeling for that group. Most recently, Frank has been named Vice President of Breakthrough Innovation for the Infrastructure business where he has built a new team to support those business efforts.
