Presentation: Appreciating and Collaborating Across the Diverse Landscape – generations, gender, ethnicities

Auxiliary Services invites any and all faculty/staff and students to a presentation by Kathleen Case on January 12 at 9 a.m. in the West Village Commons ballroom A. The presentation will be approximately an hour long.

Appreciating and Collaborating Across the Diverse Landscape – generations, gender, ethnicities.  As Millennials become an increasing segment of employees and move into management positions, employees, managers and leaders from other generations may find challenges in adjusting their styles to include Millennial values, perspectives and styles into the workplace culture.  At the same time, Baby Boomers are approaching retirement and are facing their own challenges with transitioning.  This workshop will help participants explore and appreciate the differences and common values of their colleagues and develop management and leadership strategies to achieve high performance across the full landscape of generations in the workplace.

Ms. Case is a senior consultant in organization and leadership and facilitates the Towson University Professional Leadership Program for Women. For more information and to RSVP, contact Kelly Crispo in Auxiliary Services at 410-704-2365 or at kcrispo@towson.edu.
