The Study Abroad Office is pleased to announce that we have awarded over $32,000 in scholarships to students studying abroad in Minimester and Spring 2017! As part of these awards, over $16,000 was awarded to students who applied for the Inaugural TU Institutional Diversity Study Abroad Scholarship. Congratulations to our scholarship winners!
Of students who applied for study abroad scholarships for the Minimester, over 65% of applicants received a scholarship. Additionally, over 80% of those who applied for Spring Study Abroad Scholarships received awards.
We are very excited that we were able to award so many scholarships, and we hope to be able to offer even more scholarships to students in the years ahead. Our office would like to send a special thank you to the faculty and staff members across campus who gave their time to review scholarships for our students.
