The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will perform system maintenance this Sunday, December 4, from 6 a.m. until 11 a.m. Most campus-wide services will be affected and may experience intermittent interruption. The following will be offline and unavailable during the maintenance window:
- Select Academic servers and services (including but not limited to ebtm-scm2, satelliteprint2, scienceshare)
- PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- PeopleSoft Financial Services
- PeopleSoft Human Capital Management
- PSSHARES
- Secureshares
- Portal
- RMS (Housing)
- Inside (some functions)
- Business Objects
- Call Accounting (phone billing)
- ImageNow
- Email List Service
- All forms on the University website
Due to the nature of the maintenance, other applications could experience intermittent connectivity issues during the maintenance window.
When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
