Get insight from an FBI agent at TU’s Cyber Security Awareness event

Join the Office of Technology Services’ (OTS) Office of Information Security for TU’s first Cyber Security Awareness event! This National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM) event will feature speaker Daniel Gray of the FBI, NSA computer security demonstrations by James Crumpler ’16, and a live hack performed by TU Professor Dr. Michael O’Leary and the Computer Science Department.

Event Highlight
1:30 p.m.: FBI Supervisory Special Agent Daniel Gray will present The Cyber Insider Threat: recognizing and combating cyber crime. Gray is responsible for the management and coordination of FBI cyber investigations for all of Maryland and Delaware. He previously served as the Assistant Section Chief of the FBI Cyber Division’s former Cyber National Security Section, and as the Deputy Director of the presidentially mandated National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force. Gray served three years as the FBI’s sole liaison to the CIA’s Information Operations Center coordinating efforts between the FBI and CIA for overseas and domestic information and technical operations.
