Blackboard: Adding a User to Your Course

Missing a Student? Want to add a TA or Instructor? Follow these steps:

  1. Enter the course you’d like to add a user to.
  2. On the left hand side, click Users and Groups
  3. Select Users.
  4. Click Find Users to Enroll at the top of the page.
  5. Type in the username of the user you’d like to add.
    1. If you don’t know the username, click Browse to find it.
  6. Choose a Role from the drop down menu.
  7. Make sure there is only one username in the text box.
  8. Click Submit.
