The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will perform system maintenance beginning at 10 p.m. on Saturday, August 6 through noon on Sunday, August 7. Please plan accordingly as the following services will be offline and intermittently unavailable during this extended maintenance window:
- PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- PeopleSoft Financial Services
- PeopleSoft HCM
- PeopleSoft Portal – MyTU
- HighPoint Mobile
- ImageNow
- RMS (Housing)
- Business Objects
As maintenance is completed, posts will be made to the OTS alerts website, http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ usual maintenance window is scheduled every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
