Faculty and students can get online help with Blackboard any time of day, any day of the year with Blackboard 24/7. Through this support service, the following options are available:
- Phone support
- Live Chat with a Blackboard expert
- Ticket submission for reporting issues
- FAQs & Knowledge Base
- Course & Course combine request forms
- TU’s Blackboard environment login
If the 24/7 online service cannot resolve an issue, or if it is complex in nature, the online ticket will be escalated (forwarded) to TU Blackboard Administrators. Escalated tickets will be addressed by TU Blackboard Administrators Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
