On May 31, 2016, Towson Online Services/PeopleSoft (CS9PRD) will split into two data bases – CS9PRD and HCMPRD. Towson Online Services/PeopleSoft will remain as the system of record for students and student related data.
HCMPRD will be the system of record for faculty and staff personal, position, job, and payroll data. Here are some of the HCMPRD self-service features available to faculty and staff:
- View and update personal information (path = Main Menu> Self Service > Personal Information)
- Review salary history (path = Main Menu> Self Service> Payroll and Compensation)
- View highest education and training plus request training enrollment (path = Main Menu> Self Service> Learning and Development)
- Submit forms to the Office of Human Resources via work flow (path = Main Menu> Self Service) Forms will be created and posted at a later date
- Managers will be able to request training enrollment for their employees (path = Main Menu > Manager Self Service)
