Early Voting for the Presidential Primary Election begins Thursday, April 14, 2016 through Thursday, April 21, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
All college students in Maryland, including in-state and out-of-state, are allowed to register to vote in the state of Maryland. If you are from another state or another Maryland county, you can register to vote in Baltimore County using your local “school” address, either on or off campus.
