Blackboard 24/7 support available starting today!

Blackboard support service (https://blackboardsupport.towson.edu) is now available to campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means getting technical help with Blackboard whenever you need it. Through this new Blackboard 24/7 support portal, faculty and students are able to:

  • perform live chats with Blackboard, Inc. support staff
  • speak directly with a Blackboard, Inc. representative using a designated toll-free phone number
  • submit a help ticket with issues to Blackboard, Inc.
  • access a library of help articles and FAQs for technical issues
  • navigate Blackboard-related quick links

This changes how you get technical support. Blackboardsupport.towson.edu is now the primary way to get technical support. As of today, Blackboard technical issues should not be reported or initiated in TechHelp will no longer be used for support.

Blackboard Resources:

  • towson.edu – provides technical support for Blackboard.
  • towson.edu – remains the Blackboard environment login in page.
  • towson.edu/blackboard – continues to provide TU-specific documentation for students and faculty, and links to online course forms for faculty.
