Are you a student interested in learning how you perform on a physical fitness assessment? If so, as part of Towson University’s 150th year celebrations, the Department of Kinesiology Exercise Science Students will be happy to assist you!
On Tuesday, May 10 in Burdick 102, they will be conducting comprehensive physical fitness assessments to include resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular fitness and flexibility.
To participate, all you need to do is pre-register/sign up and complete a brief Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. Online registration will be open from 4/1/16-4/15/16 and time slots are limited, so please plan on signing up early!
You must be willing to follow explicit pre-test instructions which will be e-mailed to you once you successfully sign up and be willing to stay for the full assessment which is approximately 75 minutes in length.
