Blackboard 24/7 support is coming this week!

On Thursday, April 7, Blackboard support services will be available to campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means getting help with Blackboard whenever you need it. Through this new Blackboard 24/7 support portal, faculty and students will be able to:

  • perform live chats with Blackboard, Inc. support staff
  • speak directly with a Blackboard, Inc. representative using a designated toll-free phone number
  • submit a help ticket with issues to Blackboard, Inc.
  • access a library of help articles and FAQs
  • navigate Blackboard-related quick links

This will change how you get support with Blackboard issues. Once live, the Blackboard 24/7 portal will be the primary way to get support. The new support portal will not replace the existing Blackboard environment login page.

When the portal is live, the Office of Technology Services (OTS) will communicate the new Blackboard 24/7 Web address in a T3. Details will also be posted on the Blackboard login page.
