The Towson invasive species clearance team will be holding our first volunteer event of the spring this Friday, March 11th, from 11:00 to 1:00 PM. This event is a general Glen Arboretum clean up – we need volunteer help to get out there and get litter picked up along with some other minor clean up. Please come help us out before Spring Break! We’ll supply trash bags, gloves and water. Please check the weather for Friday and dress warmly enough for outdoor activities and wear long pants and sturdy shoes. We’ll meet up behind the Greenhouse at Smith Hall. If you can’t make it at 11:00 AM, just come find us in the arboretum – we’ll be the people walking around with trash bags!
