Be Kind to Your Mind Week: “Mindfulness Monday” Yoga and Mindfulness Event

Join the Healthy Minds Peer Educators for an evening of guided yoga and mindfulness. The evening will begin with a guided mindfulness practice, followed by a rejuvenating yoga exercise led by Charm City Yoga’s Carrie Miller. The event is free and open to beginners and experts alike. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, as a limited supply will be available.
