Editing. Please allow ten business days for us to choose one photo and Photoshop (minimum. If you prefer not to have your photo Photoshopped, let me know at the time of photo shoot) and re-size it. Non-selected images will be deleted promptly.
Photos are for Towson University official use only.
Please choose your clothing carefully. Professional attire is highly recommended. Very dark cloth nor bight white cloth may not look good against gray background. Striped cloth may cause undesired moiré pattern. T-shirt is not recommended.

Cancellation: Please delete your appointment from the signup page as soon possible. So someone else can have her/his photo taken.
Walk-ins: Not encouraged.
How to view and download your photos:
We no longer email you photos.
You will now be able to access your headshot on MediaValet, Towson University’s new image gallery. Please go to https://towson.mediavalet.com
Refer to the e-mail sent to you from Mediavalet with your username and password. If you cannot find this email, please log on using your full Towson e-mail address as the username and reset the password.
If you are a new faculty or staff and do not have an account, please go to the link and register.
On the top left hand side of the page under the Towson logo, you can search using your name and download your photograph.
Faculty should let their department web editor know that their photos have been taken. Photographic Services will add the headshots to OU Campus and saved in the main Images folder, in the headshots subfolder.
Reshoot: Unless there are major technical photographic problems, please wait for a several months for reshoot. Choose your outfit carefully.
We have a headshot day every month. The next date is not chosen yet. Announcement will be in T3.
Our Goal: TU Photographic Services promote positive images of students, faculty, staff and campus. I have noticed many do not like to be photographed. We will do our best to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Please bring positive attitude and smile to our photo shoot.
