Dr. Christine A. Ogren, Associate Professor of Educational Policy and Leadership Studies at the University Iowa and author of the book, “The American State Normal School: ‘An Instrument of Great Good’ will discuss the history and significance of teacher preparation programs. Attendees also will have a special opportunity to view and touch rare Towson University historical artifacts. RSVP is required and the cost to attend this event is $50 per person.
