The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will perform system maintenance this Sunday, October 25, from 6 a.m. until 8 a.m. All Office 365 services will be unavailable intermittently during the maintenance window. This includes:
- Exchange Email (faculty/staff)
- OneDrive for Business (students and faculty/staff)
- Skype for Business (students and faculty/staff)
- Office 365 ProPlus software downloads/activations
- Office 365 portal (office.towson.edu)
- Any other Office 365 services
When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS alerts website, http://alerts.towson.edu.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
