This exhibit curated by Tanya Garcia and produced by Maria Aldana of the Creative Alliance honors the stories of recent unaccompanied immigrant youth and families living in Baltimore who fled their homes in Central America.
This exhibit was made possible through the support and collaboration with Esperanza Center, CASA de Maryland, Bethany Christian Services, LIRS, Towson University, Hispanic Commission and Mayor’s Office of Immigrant & Multicultural Affairs. Latino Americans: 500 Years of History has been made possible through a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities and the American Library Association.
