The Office of Public Safety will be conducting a test of the university’s external (outdoor) voice emergency system on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at approximately 11 a.m. The test should last no more than a few minutes. Prior to the test, an initial announcement will come through the external (outdoor) system speakers followed by an alert tone/siren and a message indicating that the test is complete.
Members of the university community should be aware this is only a test; no action is required unless a building internal fire alarm system is activated-you will need to evacuate if that occurs.
