The Office of Technology Services (OTS) has scheduled system maintenance for this Sunday, August 16, from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. The following services will be offline during this maintenance window:
- PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- PeopleSoft Financial Services
- Portal
- RMS (Housing)
- Inside (some functions)
- Resource25
- Business Objects
- Grad
- Call Accounting (phone billing)
- ImageNow
Due to the nature of the maintenance, other applications could experience intermittent connectivity issues during the maintenance window. When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS alerts website, http://alerts.towson.edu. As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
