West Village Housing Phase 3&4
Opening fall 2016
- The sixth and seventh floors are being constructed in both buildings, and first levels are being refurbished. Interior mechanical and electrical trades have also begun on the lower floors.
Burdick Hall Expansion Project
Construction to begin August 2015
- All trades bids have been received. Construction is anticipated to begin late August 2015
