Interested in earning your service hours by making a lasting mark on Towson’s campus? Then join us for a tree planting event in celebration of Arbor Day in the Glen TODAY Friday, April 24th from 12-5 pm!
We have dozens of trees and shrubs that need your help to find their new homes in the Glen! If we finish planting early, we’ll do some invasive species removal and trash pick-up.
We’ll be meeting in the Glen gazebo behind Smith Hall at 12 pm. If you can’t make it until later, we’ll be planting in that area, so come when you can and join in!
Dress for outdoor work and to guard against any poison ivy (long sleeves/long pants). Work gloves, tools, garbage bags, and snacks will be provided.
