Double points are back! In honor of Earth Day, you’ll receive double rewards points and a coupon for a discount on Pepsi products when you recycle your plastic bottles and aluminum cans in our campus Dream Machine, located in the University Union, now through April 30!
Every time you recycle, you help PepsiCo support its efforts to protect clean drinking water for millions of people in America. Additionally, recycling with PepsiCo helps fund the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV) program, which provides training in entrepreneurship and small business management for our war heroes around the nation.
With every recycled bottle and can, we’re helping PepsiCo in its goal to increase the U.S. beverage recycling rate to 50 percent by 2018. Since PepsiCo issued this goal in 2010, recycling rates have already increased by 8 points (from 34 percent to 42 percent today).
