Public Speaking Workshop

Fear of public speaking is an incredibly common phenomenon regardless of culture, age, or status. While anxiety tends to fuel public speaking fears, nearly anyone can suffer from this type of phobia. Unfortunately, few people have the tools necessary to overcome this fear. This workshop will provide effective tips and tricks for reducing the anxiety you may feel when faced with presenting to the public.
You will learn:
- What is public speaking anxiety?
- How you can actively plan and prepare before every public speaking event
- How to practice the skills learned so they stick and can be realistically applied to future experiences
