The Department of Foreign Languages in the College of Liberal Arts will sponsor a lecture on “Sexual Violence & Dictatorship in Argentina: 30 Years Later,” on Monday, March 30, at 6:30pm in LA 1201 in the College of Liberal Arts building. Argentine journalist, Miriam Lewin, will speak about the legacy of sexual violence under dictatorship. Ms. Lewin herself was disappeared and tortured during the dictatorship in Argentina from 1976 to 1983.
