Headline: Learn to be a better you! Try A Group!

Group Therapy is an opportunity for students to achieve personal growth through exploring issues with their peers. College students struggle with a variety of personal and interpersonal concerns. Group therapy can help you learn effective coping skills and how to relate better to others. It is a unique confidential experience to try out a new you in a safe environment, and provide and receive helpful feedback with peers.

Group times for Spring 2015 include:

Mondays from 12:15pm – 1:45pm

Wednesdays from 4:00pm – 5:30pm

Thursdays from 2:30pm – 4:00pm
