Benefits Bulletin – Reminder – CVS/Caremark – new pharmacy benefits provider

On January 1, 2018, CVS/Caremark replaced Express Scripts as the new pharmacy benefits provider. The plan features and copayments did not change. Current participants’ records for mail order pharmacy, specialty drug, and prior-authorization automatically transferred from Express Scripts to CVS/Caremark.
