This year’s theme is “Rising to the Challenge,” as the conference will focus on acknowledging challenges, building resiliency, and empowering current and aspiring student leaders of color to use their talents and abilities to serve their communities.
The conference will also welcome Valeisha Butterfield-Jones, author of The Girlprint and former director of Russell Simmons’ Hip-Hop summit action network, as a guest speaker.
