Work on your Wellbeing: Learn Mindfulness

Wish you struggled less with stress, judgment, anxiety or conflict? Would you like to experience more peace, creativity, compassion, focus, self-awareness, flexibility and balance? Then it’s time to learn about Mindfulness. Mindfulness involves living more in the present moment. The Counseling Center will be hosting “Introduction to Mindfulness” Workshops and a Mindfulness Group this semester.

Introduction to Mindfulness Workshops:

Friday, February 13, 1 pm

Monday, March 9, 3 pm

Wednesday, March 11, 6 pm

Mindfulness Group:

Mondays at 3 pm beginning in April
