Interested in becoming healthier? Meditation has proven emotional, cognitive and physical health benefits. Join other students interested in working on mindfulness through meditation at the TU Meditation Room every Monday at 1 pm and Wednesday at 4 pm beginning February 2. Each week there will be different audio Guided Meditation led by a well-known Meditation Teacher. Can’t make the dates? The Meditation Room may be booked for individual and group appointments.
