In accordance with TU policy 07-06.12 – Compensatory Leave – regular, non-exempt staff employees who have unused compensatory leave as of 1/6/15 will be paid for those hours in their 1/28/15 pay check. Payments will be adjusted to reflect any usage of compensatory leave between 1/7/15 and 1/20/15.
Departments are reminded that unused compensatory leave payouts are charged to your budget in the overtime account 501605. Please plan accordingly.
