During the week of November 17, 2014, the Benefits office walk-in hours are:
Tuesday, November 18th – 9 am to noon
Thursday, November 20th – 8 am – 5 pm
Friday, November 21st – 8 am – 5 pm
Other times by appointment.
Open enrollment concluded on Friday, November 14th. The state of Maryland Employee Benefits Division (EBD) is processing open enrollment forms and generating confirmation statements as quickly as possible. EBD has notified us that employees have 30 days from receipt of their confirmation statement to make changes, regardless of the date they receive the statement. Therefore, employees who receive their confirmation statement after open enrollment closed will also be able to make changes. To correct your confirmation statement, note the correction on the statement, initial it and send it to the Benefits office for processing.
