The annual health benefits open enrollment provides an opportunity for faculty and staff to make changes to current benefits which become effective January 1, 2015. The open enrollment period will be October 15 thru 5:00 pm on November 14, 2014. If you are required to complete an open enrollment form, it is due in the OHR by 5:00 pm on November 14, 2014.
Beginning October 16th, the benefits office will have the following walk-in hours during open enrollment:
Monday – 9 am – 1 pm
Tuesday – 12 pm – 4 pm
Thursday – 9 am – 1 pm
Friday – 12 pm – 4 pm
Other times by appointment.

- Open enrollment outreach sessions are planned on the following dates below. The open enrollment outreach sessions are available for faculty and staff to meet with a benefits staff member to ask questions or deliver their completed open enrollment forms.
