Sign up for TU Tour Night at the ShopRite of Timonium. Some examples of things you may learn include: healthy snacking, shopping on a budget, quick and healthy meal planning and how to read food labels. Get your questions answered by ShopRite’s Registered Dietitian. It’s free for students, faculty and staff.

You must contact Kerry Ballek, TU Registered Dietitian, at kballek@towson.edu to sign up for a tour or for further information. There is a maximum of 10 participants for each tour so sign up early! You will need to have your own transportation to the store.
