Sheryl WuDunn, Author of New York Times best-selling, Half the Sky: Turning Oppression Into Opportunity for Women Worldwide is coming to Towson on Wednesday March 5 at 7 p.m. WuDunn is the first Asian American to win a Pulitzer Prize and is a graduate of Harvard, Princeton, and Cornell Universities.
To prepare for Sheryl’s visit, the Center for Student Diversity is offering a variety of incentives for faculty members who are interested in bringing their classes to the talk or teaching about this important topic in their classes. This includes reserved seating at the event and in-classrooms guest lectures prior to the event.

The first ten faculty members, who commit to bringing their class to the talk and/or teaching the material in class, will receive a free copy of the book.
